Blood Purifiers Can Help You Cure Acne

Acne, also known as pimples or zits, is undoubtedly a very frustrating skin condition that can cause scars on your skin. Fortunately, there are successful ways to reduce and prevent the outbreaks of this skin disorder, which include diet, over-the-counter topical medications, prescription medications, cosmetic procedures, and laser therapy. Several natural herbs are also found to be highly effective in the treatment of acne. Actually, it is well known fact that blood purifier herbs can help you get rid of acne or pimples.

One of the theories about the causes of acne is that it is due to the excessive accumulation of toxins and impurities in the blood. Natural blood purifier herbs detoxify and purify the blood by removing harmful toxins from the blood and thereby cure many common skin conditions, such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, boils, and skin rashes. The following natural blood purifiers can help you get rid of acne.

Garlic: This common kitchen herb is a helpful blood purifier. Eat some garlic cloves everyday to cleanse your blood of toxins. Garlic is excellent to cure the outbreaks of acne. Take a few fresh garlic cloves and squash them into a pulp form. Apply this garlic pulp directly to your acne. Let it remain there for about five minutes and then wash your face with warm water. Eating raw garlic clovers or taking garlic supplements can also help you combat acne-causing bacteria.

Burdock Root: This is an effective natural blood purifier that can be used to deal with acne and several other skin conditions. Boil two cups of water with a teaspoon of dried burdock root. Once it begins to boil, reduce the temperate and simmer it till it is reduced to half. Take a half cup of this burdock root tea twice or thrice daily to get rid of your acne. Dip a cotton ball in this tea and apply it over your acne.

Neem: It is a common ayurvedic medicinal herb used to treat a number of skin conditions. Neem does have antibacterial and antibacterial properties and is effective to destroy the build up of bacteria that cause acne. It can also reduce the inflammation caused by this skin condition. After cleaning your face, rub some neem oil on your acne. Another way to use neem to treat acne is to apply a paste of fresh neem leaves to your face, leave it there for about twenty minutes, and then wash it off. Taking neem capsules daily is also beneficial to alleviate acne.

Turmeric: This is another ayurvedic herb with blood purifying properties. It has been used for centuries in India to cure acne. Take a teaspoon of turmeric and add some coconut oil to it to make a paste. Put this paste on your acne and the surrounding skin area. Wash your face after twenty minutes. Otherwise, mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder and one teaspoon of sandalwood powder and add some water or milk to it. Apply this mixture to your acne-affected area. Drinking a glass of warm milk mixed with a teaspoon of turmeric powder is also a good remedy for acne.
