Four Fabulous Facial Masks To Beautiful Skin

A facial mask should be used once or twice a week to keep your skin soft, supple and looking great. A mask is made so you can simply apply it to your skin and wait. As it dries you will feel your face tightening. This is how you can tell the mask is doing its job correctly. Leave the mask on for 10-30 minutes and then rinse it off with cool or luke warm water and a wash cloth if needed. Once you have washed your face be sure to add your favorite moisturizer to replenish your skins hydration.

You want to use a mask that has deep cleaning and moisturizing properties to get a deep clean face without drying it out. This will also help you to get rid of oily build up and imbedded dirt which will aid in reducing or even getting rid of acne. The mask will help you slough off the dead skin to bring younger and healthier skin cells to the surface. A mask will also help tighten your skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Carrot Facial Mask for Normal to Oily Skin

2-3 huge carrots

4 ½ tablespoons of honey.

Cook the carrots until soft and smash them to a paste. Add the honey and blend it together. Gently pat the mask onto clean dry skin and leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse well with luke warm water then splash your face with cool water.

Face Toning Egg Mask

Have you ever heard the expression boy, did I have egg on my face. Well… This is the good version of it. Eggs are great for tightening your skin so you will have firmer skin with less sagging.

To prepare beat one egg white until it is stiff. Next smooth it all over your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse off thoroughly. If you have oily skin add a drop of lemon juice to egg whites before applying. For dry skin add a bit of honey.

If you have acne breakouts gently peel the skin from the inside of the egg shells and apply over the acne breakout and leave on for 30 minutes or overnight.

Avocado – Orange Honey Mask

For Dry Skin

Creamy Oatmeal Almond Mask (for extra moisturizing)

10 crushed almonds

2 teaspoons oatmeal
