How To Fix Internal Skin Dryness To Fight Rapid Skin Aging

Skin dryness is a common problem experienced by many people. But what many people do not notice is internal skin dryness. This can be masked or hidden by moisturizers applied during the day or the sebum produced by the skin.

Internal skin dryness can cause rapid skin aging. This makes the inner layers of the dermis more susceptible to damages. Since the effects of internal skin dryness are usually not visible, people do not pay close attention to the health of their skin.

You have to fix this problem in order to slow down the progress of dermis aging. Let me tell you a few tips on how to properly moisturize your skin:

1. Get down to the root cause of the problem. There are actually a lot of things that can hamper the proper distribution of fluid to skin cells and tissues. Some of them are alcohol, salt and caffeine. Eating processed foods rich in salt can cause fluid retention to the unwanted areas of the body. Alcohol also causes bloating. Caffeine can constrict blood vessels and can prevent the distribution of fluid to the thin-skinned areas of the dermis.

You should consider lessening your consumption of alcoholic drinks, salty foods and caffeinated drinks. Healthier freshly-squeezed fruit drinks will facilitate better hydration. Also drink up to 8 glasses of water to replenish lost fluid.

2. Get lots of sleep. Did you know that lack of sleep can hamper the distribution of fluid in the body? In addition to that, this prevents the brain from releasing the hormones that can properly lubricate dermis tissues and cells. Take a nap or take 8 hours of sleep daily.

3. Avoid eating fatty foods. They can confuse the functions of the sebaceous glands. Eating fatty foods can make your skin oily. This might make oily-skinned people use strong skin care products that can reduce oiliness. Most products with strong ingredients can strip away essential lipids in the dermis.

4. Look for an anti aging moisturizer that contains CynergyTK, Phytessence Wakame and Manuka Honey. CynergyTK supplies a hefty amount of keratin. Keratin is what your skin needs for a better and a more effective production of collagen.

Phytessence Wakame is a type of sea kelp that can hamper the sudden loss of hyaluronic acid. This acid is needed to lubricate the inner layers of the dermis and prevent excessive dermis dryness.

Manuka honey is a wonderful hydrating ingredient. It can lock moisture deep in the skin tissues and cells. It also has moisture-retaining functions that can prevent the sudden loss of moisture.
