How to Have Healthy Skin and How to Cure Pimples

Skin Problems: how to have healthy skin free of pimples

All of us know that pimples are every girl’s worst nightmare and no matter what people say as long as we can see it, that is all that matters. But not to worry, now days with such advanced technology blackheads, pimples, breakouts and other imperfections are easy to cure.

In this article I will talk about pimples specifically. So let’s begin, most of us suffer from whiteheads which are closed follicles. Whiteheads are formed when our cells are sticky and start to plug up instead of shedding. Several factors like genetics and hormonal cycles can cause pimples. For example when estrogens slowly decrease, androgens (male hormone) remains unchanged and stimulate our glands to produce more sebum thus resulting in pimples.

The solution can be very simple for some of us and may not work for some of us. It all depends from person to person; something that works for me might not work for you. But the good news is that with the advancement in technology, there is a solution for all of us. Here I will give you some ideas that might work for most of us: first is using benzoyl peroxide that helps clear bacteria and salicylic acid that helps in natural exfoliation. In order to keep our skin clean and healthy, we should exfoliate at least once a week; this gets rid of dead skin cells. For more serious acne there are other treatments like prescribed medicine such as acutane or lasers treatment. There are some other drugstore products that can also be used like Garnier pure 3 in 1 cleanser, exfoliator and mask, neostrata blemish spot gel for acne prone skin and other face products that help in fighting with acne. (I am not promoting these products, I just think they are good products after researching about them) Wash your face twice a day and use face products that are suitable for your particular skin type.

A healthy diet also plays a big role in how your skin looks and feels. So it is important to control your intake of sugar and oil and eat more fruits and vegetables to have a healthy skin and body. Also the most important thing is to be positive. I know everyone says it but just try it for a week (really do try) and you will see the difference.
