• Ice Pick Scars

Deep scars caused by acne can be narrow as if pierce on the skin and this is how they get their name. It creates the illusion that they make a hole on the skin since they can penetrate as deep as the dermis. There are even cases where an ice pick scar opens up a pore.

• Keloid Scars

They are bigger than the acne itself and are found on the torso among men. An excess of collagen makes having this a possibility.
