Mr X Acne Says – An Honest Review

Acne is more than just a superficial disease that affects your looks. It can be emotionally crippling as well. Trust me, I’ve had it for over 12 years and just now am finding success in treating it.

Forget what dermatologists tell you, because most of it is completely perpetrated by the medical community to keep you with acne (it’s a business, after all) or just deal with the symptoms and not the ROOT cause. Acne is an inflammatory disease, and certain lifestyle changes such as diet and supplementation can curb acne if you have the determination that is necessary. The little bit of work that is necessary is 110% worth it in my opinion. Recently I have read several diet and acne related e-books and while a lot of them are complete junk, several of them are not and have valuable information on how to treat the root cause of acne and get rid of it once and for all. One such book I have recently read is called Mr. X Acne says.

The main point that this e-book gets across is that you need to avoid certain inflammatory foods. In fact there are 3 foods that you MUST avoid to get rid of acne, there is simply no way around it. Mr. X Acne Says also recommends 3 ‘super’ supplements which aren’t all that expensive to help destroy the root cause of acne, which as stated earlier is inflammation.

After applying some of the ideas that I have read for the past 3 weeks, I can safely say that besides Accutane (which I do NOT recommend at all due to brutal side effects) this has cleared me faster then anything I have tried in the past 12 years. It’s amazing, and not only is my acne starting to clear but I feel healthier in general. I have more energy and just feel better about myself. Take control of your health today.
